Great fundraising starts with a great fundraising strategy! The strategies I write carefully analyse your activities, your funding needs, identifies a range of funding sources to maximise your income to ensure you can focus your resource and energy to maximise return. There are many different ways to develop a fundraising strategy. It needs to be appropriate to the nature of your charity and proportionate to its size. It also needs to meet the objective –achieving existing funding needs, organisational growth to increase impact, or maybe a specific major project goal.
